Haroupomelo we have in Cyprus very very good for overall health. Minerals and vitamins. Easy to add to coffee, hot chocolate, smoothies, teas and as an addition in tahini pies. Tahinopites me haroupomelo ❤ thank you for making this excellent video.
Are you still alive? If so, can you upload more videos?
I thought there was going to be useful information about harvesting, drying, making powder... Nothing like that.
Very nice I like the drink
Thankyou, now i know what to do with my can of roasted carob powder. I will make the hot drink & also put some in oatmeal.
In the city of Denver in North America, my neighbor had a carob bean tree. Some carob trees have small seeds and other carob trees have big seeds. Are carob pods with small black seeds poisonous? Will most people die in less than a week if they eat small black seeds? Are the big red seeds more edible? I wish I could post a photograph, but the youtube comment section does not allow pictures.
People...cats can be outside..theyre created foe outsoors...especially if nice outside...all you so called pet lover complaining know nothing of pets..my cats love being outside...if you cage your pets up or keep them inside without fresh air...stop pretending like your a saint...you dont deserve pets...
Σας ευχαριστώ για τις συμβουλές υγείας και την ελληνική ιστορία, FT Bletsas!
I like him
I'm living in Crete and my land is full of carob trees.
Should we it cold??
You’re so sweet I live in the USA I bought carobs I had no idea what to do with them , it’s too hard to chew, I guess I will grind them up. Thnks
Great recipe, but that music is way too loud making it hard to hear you.
Love that simple approach... I need more olives though🫒 lol😆
You should label this video: "How NOT to make an omelette". LOL
I hope these kitties are his and he is just letting them outside to play!
I can’t believe I used to step on them in California and never tried eating them!
Thanks for the video. What's the best brand?
4:45 you say keep the extra virgin olive oil because of its micro nutrient content. Oil doesn’t really have many micro nutrients
Cheers bro, I just made my first order of Carob powder today. Glad to have a good story in mind when drinking / utilizing it. Thanks very much Charles Andrew Oyedele Ososami 1 Peace
Is there a way to turn off the music? It would be easier to hear what is being said.
Watching from philippines 😊
Looks testy

I just made a leek and cheese omelette for the first time on impulse as it was what I had in the fridge. It's now my favourite omelette - it was delicious! I searched RUclips to find out if it is an actual recipe, and found this video, and one other similar recipe. I think my omelette was probably tastier than this one. I cooked the finely chopped leeks slowly in butter not olive oil, on a low heat as they can burn fast if cooked too high (as this video proves!) After 10-15 mins they were sweet and tender, and I spread them evenly around the pan and poured 3 beaten eggs gently over (I always add a splash of water to the beaten eggs for scrambled eggs or omelettes, as it makes them fluffier - milk makes them a bit rich for me). I recommend the leeks and eggs together method, rather than removing the leeks and making the omelette alone as he did, before adding them back as a filling. His way meant he was using double the olive oil. By adding the eggs to the cooked leeks, you get double duty from the olive oil or butter you cooked the leeks in, which cuts calories and also gives better flavour to the eggs. It also means less washing up! When the omelette was beginning to set, I added a generous amount of grated cheddar cheese down the middle, clamped a lid on the pan to melt the cheese and get those eggs cooked, then folded the omelette over itself once with a metal fish slice and slid onto a plate. I can honestly say it was delicious - highly recommended for vegetarians and non vegetarians alike. Meat eaters could add some chopped ham or crispy bacon bits, but in my view you honestly can't improve on the cheese and leeks combination. YUM! Oh, be careful you don't overbook your omelette, I think this one is a bit too solid as he had the heat up on the high side throughout. An omelette (and scrambled eggs) should ideally be removed from the heat before it's 100% cooked, because it continues to cook for a minute or so off the heat. Eggs should be properly cooked (ie no snotty egg white), but soft and melting in texture, rather than solid or God forbid, hard/rubbery. If you've never tried a leek and cheese omelette, you have got to give it a go, you'll be hooked!
Thanks for the information and history lesson. I used to get these as a child in school on some holidays, and just eat them dried as a treat. I forgot about them for many years and recently found them again at the middle eastern grocery here in TN. They are actually imported from Turkey by an american company called "Mr. Nut" out of New Jersey ( for any one looking in the US).
I hardly can hear you due to the loud noise in the background :(

Does he say "Cocaine Economy" at the beginning?
I couldn't hear what he was saying except ginger. Was the first liquid olive oil or lemon juice?
